In order to be published in The Annals of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati – Fascicle VI Food Technology, full text papers should be submitted by email to redactie.tpa@ugal.ro before September 1st, 2013. Articles accepted for publication through a peer review process will be published in the following issues of the journal: 37(2)/2013 or 38(1)/2014.
