International Symposium Euro – aliment 2007
Euro-aliment 2007 has been organised by the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering in Galati, on the 20 - 21 of September. It has included a series of presentations and discussion in plenary, scientific and poster session, exhibitions, and informal gatherings to highlight the most recent developments in food science, food processing technologies, food engineering, food biotechnology, environmental protection, aquaculture and fishing as well as sustainability in food production. Papers registered for participation has been published either in the Symposium volume or in The Annals of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati. This web page contains information such as:
