International Symposium Euro – aliment 2009
Challenges for Food Science and Food Industry in the Recession Era
Euro - aliment 2009 Mission The aim of this international symposium is to promote the debate on strategies for the future. The organisers believe that the symposium will lead to new forms of collaboration between science and industry. Euro-aliment 2009 will take place in Galati, on the 9th–10th of October and will include a series of presentations and discussion in plenary, a poster session and a exhibition to highlight how the actors of the food chain meet the recession era. Novelties in food science, food processing, food biotechnology, food quality and safety, functional food, aquatic resources, food marketing, food analysis will be presented. Papers registered for participation will be published either in the Symposium volume or in The Annals of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati.
