This event is the eight in the series of EuroAliment symposium and is hosted by the Food Science and Engineering Faculty.

The scopes of EuroAliment 2017 are:

•       To promote multidisciplinary research and to open new challenges that would lead to future projects;

•       To provide a forum for the broader spectrum of food science, regarding nutritional labeling and clean labels to benefit the consumers;

•       To bring together the interdisciplinary academic community to create and obtain healthy and sustainable food systems.
