The EUROALIMENT 2019 seeks for original contributions in all food related areas, including but not limited to the following topics:

  •   Food structure, food quality and health

  •   Bio-active compounds ingredients and new developments in food engineering

  •   Chemical reactions in foods: mechanisms, kinetics and impact on quality and health

  •   Food authenticity, novel and rapid methods for food quality, integrity, and safety

  •   Novel processing and packaging technologies

  •   Advanced biotechnological developments and applications

  •   Aquaculture, fisheries and conservation of aquatic ecosystem

  •  

     

 

 

The official languages of the symposium will be English and French on Franconphonie Section.
