    This event is the ninth of symposium EuroAliment series and is hosted by the Food Science and Engineering Faculty. The mission of EuroAliment 2019 is to promote multidisciplinary research and to open new challenges that will lead to future projects and networking opportunities.

This year the EuroAliment Symposium will have a Francophone section under the auspices of AUF (L’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie).
